Interview with recruiting company - strong emphasis about what you know about glencore and why you want to work there. Good to find a way to differentiate yourself, knowing a lot about what the firm does

The interview process began with an initial CV screening stage to assess my academic background, skills, and relevant experiences. This was followed by a behavioural competency interview, where I was asked about teamwork, motivation, and problem-solving. The final part focused on discussing the insight programme, its structure, and what I hoped to gain from it.
