Submitted online resume and cover letter. Waited a while then got invited to an in-person interview through an email. In the interview, there was 1 HR and then 3 others with positions related to my role.

Online application, then video interview with HR. Then probably after one or two days, get invitation for reference check and medical check. If all passed, get offer.
