I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Glencore (Mumbai) in Dec 2025
Interview
They have a very Structured Interview Process, Resume Screening, GD , PI and a round with an overseas team. You need to be very well aware of the current situation in the market. Stay updated with news and a good communication skill will be cherry on the top
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Glencore (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2025
Interview
Multiple rounds with analyst and readers. Asked questions on fundamentals, market view, vision, trade ideas. Not much technical question. Most rounds remote but a few on site. Fairly quick process overall
Three rounds in total, process was smooth and efficient. More questions on your understanding of the role and your resume than technicals. I think they care more about how much you will fit in the team.
