I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glencore (Stamford, CT) in May 2014
Interview
Interviewed with two individuals that I would be working with/for. Both had great personalities and we're eager to learn more about me. Focused a lot about current events in the industry and my stance on how those could potentially effect the business.

Multiple rounds with analyst and readers. Asked questions on fundamentals, market view, vision, trade ideas. Not much technical question. Most rounds remote but a few on site. Fairly quick process overall
Three rounds in total, process was smooth and efficient. More questions on your understanding of the role and your resume than technicals. I think they care more about how much you will fit in the team.
