      Interview

Interview process was great! I showed some case studies and met the team. Fairly quick process. They did ask questions about how I'm aligned with their values, so be prepared for that.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019

      Interview

Phone screens with recruiting, hiring manager, and hiring manager's manager. We reviewed my experience, career goals, product design @ Glassdoor and how I could help lead and grow the team. I was then invited for an onsite interview, where I met with my prospective management team as well as product management peers. I presented work from my portfolio, completed a short whiteboard design exercise, and then met individually with each person from the hiring committee to review more of my experience and expectations of the role. Finally, I met with the recruiter to answer any of my lingering questions and discuss salary expectations, start date, etc.

      Question 1

Choose an app or service that you think has a good user experience or design, and talk about attributes of the UX that are good or could be improved.
