      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Sausalito, CA) in Sep 2015

      Interview

I had an amazing experience interviewing there learning more about the Client Success team and their organization. Overall, the team provided very transparent answers on the direction of the company and their goals. Everyone was professional and kind. The process was a phone interview, followed by an onsite interview with 4 of their team members and a written test. The interviews themselves were standard behavioral and situational questions. It was less of an interview, but more of honest conversation. I was invited to the next step to do a presentation for final candidates. However after having a discussion with my recruiter on my own goals, I decided to not move forward and to pursue other interests. The team at Glassdoor is solving a unique problem with awesome people. I just wasn't ready to commit and give them the time they deserve. Hope to revisit other opportunities in the future with their team.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Sausalito, CA) in Jun 2014

      Interview

I had a friend invite me to a networking event which turned into great conversation and I was prompted (by an employee in the client success department) to apply for the position online, which I did within about 24 hours. Within about 4 days I received an email explaining that they would like speak on the phone the following week. After the call, I received another email asking to schedule an in person interview with the head of the department. After the in person interview, I then received another email asking me to come in for a presentation to about 8 -12 people about myself and my work experience. From the beginning, I was told this would be the final step in the interview process if I made it this far. Most of the delays in the length of the interview process were on my part, because I needed a couple of extra weeks to handle my schedule with an existing 8 - 5 job. The interview process was very straight forward. All steps / timelines were explained and upheld. Glassdoor was very respectful of the fact that I was still working a full time job and waited for my availability to schedule interviews / calls, which was very helpful.
