      Interview

Really nice hiring manager, appeared very approachable and was looking forward to working with him. Seamless interview process, initial, then week or two later interview with the hiring manager. Never heard anything back so I figured they've moved on but otherwise everyone seemed really nice.

Thank you for sharing your interview experience with our Engineering team. We're thrilled that you found the process seamless, and the team approachable. I apologize for our lack of clear follow-up to close the interview loop. A drop off in communication does not fall within our candidate experience standards, and we will take appropriate steps to make sure that does not happen in the future. We hope to have another opportunity to speak with you about a job at Glassdoor! - Mark Batke, Internal Employer Brand Manager

      Interview

I recently went through the hiring process at Glassdoor, and I must say it was one of the most seamless and transparent experiences I've ever had. The recruitment team, especially Evan and Danny, were extremely supportive throughout the entire process. First Round: The journey began with a meeting with the hiring manager. This round was a pleasant conversation that focused mainly on my past experiences and included some basic technical questions relevant to the job description. Their approach was friendly and made me feel at ease right from the start. Second and Third Rounds: The technical aspects of the process were covered in the second and third rounds. The second round mainly revolved around Leetcode questions, where I also discussed time and space complexity for the solutions I proposed. The third round concentrated on SQL, which I found quite engaging. Final Round: The final round was essentially a wrap-up call. It was more of a discussion regarding the pay, job location, and an opportunity for me to give feedback on the interview process. This round truly reflected the company's commitment to transparency and open communication. Throughout the process, every member of the hiring team I interacted with was easygoing, making each interview feel more like a conversation rather than a formal interrogation. This approach significantly reduced the stress typically associated with interviews.

      Interview

I applied the job online, the recruiter contact me and set up my interview quickly. There are phone and on-site interviews. Everyone in the company is nice, respectful and caring. My recruiter, Ayesha, replied my emails in a very fast manner, and always made sure I were ready for every step of my interview process. Also, the my hiring manager Emily and Pras, the senior manager Jonathan are also very actively involved in the whole process, which made me feel welcomed and part of the team even before I decided to join. I would rate Glassdoor 10 starts for interview satisfaction.

      Interview

I got a call scheduled. The manager called me. The questions were mostly based on technical skills. He picked up couple of skills from my past from my resume to dig deeper and asked me questions on them, even though I mentioned lately I worked mostly with cloud and python, but ok, Fair enough. I asked him when/how to keep in touch (since he called me on zoom, while I was initially contacted by HR person). He said the HR person will reach me. It's been 5 weeks since the interview. I haven't heard back from them.
