I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in May 2019
Interview
Started with an HR screener interview, took 30 mins which covered basic questions with the recruiter (tell me about your CV? Why delivery hero?). Then followed by a call with the manager, this was also 30 mins (but on the invitation it said 1 hour), time was cut short so then extended onto a final onsite which took 3 hours.
There was 3 rounds of interviews on the onsite:
1st round was 30 mins with junior team members and covered more personality style questions (how do you respond to change? which tools do you use), overall quite relaxed.
2nd round was 1 hour with the manager and a senior person in the team, which had more technical and skillset style questions (i.e. How would you respond to this type of conflict? How do you manage such a scenario? Give me an example of a time you dealt with conflicting priorities) as well as general interview questions (Why delivery hero? Why this team? Why this role? How does the perfect job look for you?)
3rd round was with the senior director, who the team is working with and reporting to. This was quite casual and felt more like a conversation. (Tell me how you usually project manage)
The offer came about a week later.
Very straightforward, there were some small delays in between but overall a smooth and transparent process.

Interview
Straightforward about the roles of the job and prior experience. Why you would be a good fit for the position. Background information on you. Can also ask any relevant questions you might have that come up.
Not sure if the disorganization and discourtesy [to follow up] was unique to the recruiter or a reflection of the organization's culture.
- Had a phone interview with the recruiter, but I couldn't hear half of what they were saying because they were in a very noisy environment (it honestly sounded like a party was happening in the background).
- Was told that the next round would be a Zoom meeting, but a Zoom link was never set out and instead it defaulted to another phone interview which resulted in the interviewer's tardiness due to the mix up.
- The interviewer seemed to suggest that I'll be speaking with the team in the next round of interviews at the end of the conversation
- And then they ghosted me despite follow ups requesting status and feedback.
My apologies that your experience was not positive, please reach out to me directly and I will ensure we provide clear feedback for you.

First stage was easy, technical challenge was difficult . Had a few days to prepare a proposal in advance and present it back along with a data analysis challenge which you were not able to prepare for
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While I am sorry to hear that we weren't able to move forward on this occasion, I do wish you the best for the future.
