Georgia Tech Student Assistant interview questions

Received an offer to interview following my application. I met with who would end up being my boss in person to discuss the position and whether it would be a good fit on both ends.

I wrote a few essays about why I wanted to be a student assistant and Team Leader. I think it was 5-6 prompts. Most of them asked me to be creative and come up with solutions to make the program better. The actual interview was a Zoom meeting interview with hiring managers.
