I was contacted by a recruiter regarding an entry level software developer position. The recruiter then did not respond to a message I sent with a few questions, and further ghosted me when I said that I had applied and would like to chat with them. After applying, I was given a coding test to take. I got all of the questions correct and in a much shorter time than given. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I again messaged the recruiter asking for an update; I was not given a response. A month after completing the coding test, I was sent an automated rejection email. I asked the recruiter for feedback again, and again, got no response.

Interview
Initial tech screen followed by long-form behavioral interview. Behavioral portion dove into technical projects as well as interpersonal. Tech screen was an online assessment. Only those two rounds were part of the process.
