General Motors (GM) Customer Service, Collections Representative interview questions

I first was called to come in for testing that had nothing to do with collections or customer service. I was suppose to interview that same day but the people were late and doing other things. I was left alone in the conference room over 30 minutes until the receptionist said I could reschedule. All test were totally irrelevant. 1 test about shapes, some kinda English test, algebra like math test nothing I have ever taken for previous jobs at big name companies. Worst experience!
