Interviewed with human resources and the hiring manager. Good experience on both calls. HR was very transparent with the benefits package and salary info. Ultimately the position wasn't a good fit but I would definitely apply for other roles there.

The star method is used a lot of the interview process. They ask questions based on GM's core values and how you are a good fit based on that. They as well asked what part of the car would I want to work with.

simple and effective. No hassle. Interview with the design manager was scheduled for 2 hours but it ended within an hour. The questions were concise and to the point and so were the answers that was expected of the candidate.
