Set of two interviews with senior directors of the company. First interview focused on behavioural questions and other on technical aspects of accounting. Overall, I left the interview with a feeling that might be hard for GM to attract great candidates in a M7 MBA program. For start, this program is aimed at hiring analysts. It would take 3 years to manage someone. All other companies on campus are offering senior roles and better pay. In addition to that, the interviewers seem to have a "know it all attitude" and one will see beforehand the things in GM (from a career perspective) will move quite slowly.
