Technical is hard. Behavioral questions if you prepared, it is not hard. Overall, you have to have a deeper understanding in Corporate Finance and the Financial statements.

It was full of experience. The process is all about situational question & answer portion. Basically you blather a bit about a thing with a problem, describe the problem that was discovered, blather a bit about what you did to try to solve it, and then preen about the resulting outcome (which is hopefully positive).
