Very structured. Know the STARLA interview process. Research company and ask questions. First interview is call with HR. Second is a panel interview. There may also be a third interview with the direct supervisor.

The interview was pleasant and fast. Met with 3 managers of the lot and had 2 interviews. 3rd interview was surprisingly a job offer. The interview was very straight forward, really wanted to make sure you are very community friendly and an active member of society.

Interview
3 interviews, one with commercial manager, one with General Sales Manager and one with the General Manager. All were very upfront about what to expect and handed me the compensation package to over look.
