Interview
Recruiter screening, followed by HireVue interview (online tool for recording responses to quizzes, or video or text responses to questions), which is followed by a final round with the Hiring Managers.
Overall, a very easy interview process.

Question 1
HireVue: record video responses to questions like "what do you like about controls?" , "talk about your experience in automotive controls" etc.
Final round: Two hiring managers ask STAR pattern based questions. They are not allowed to ask technical questions directly, but may ask you to elaborate technical details on your STAR question's answer. The managers are polite and give you time to think.
