Video interview. 4 questions. You get a short amount of time (i.e. 90 seconds) to read the question and prepare your answer, then 2 minutes to video record your answer. You get one retry per answer. This is a terrible process. It would be nice to be treated as a human. It says a lot about the culture of GM.
