      Interview

Hirevue with 5 questions and 3 minigames. Each question you have two attempts to record yourself answering the question. You have up to a minute to prepare your answer for each question.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2020

      Interview

Done through HireVue. Most likely never seen by a human until you finally get the screening and/or Skype interview. Not the best interview process, but the behavioral portion is straightforward. Thought the pattern recognition games were nonsense.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Brooklyn, NY) in Aug 2020

      Interview

I was contacted through Handshake, suggesting that I should apply for the job. I did so. I was contacted in about a week with a link to a HireVue interview which included behavior questions, cognitive games, and a coding challenge.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The gave a matrix as an input and you had to determine the values. It was a wonky question that I've never come across before and didn't know how to interpret.
