I spoke to them at my university's career fair and was contacted a couple hours later to set up a 30 minute "pre-screen" interview. This was followed by an actual hour-long interview 3 days later on campus. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, then got an email to set up a site-visit. I received an offer two days after my visit.
