I met them at the university career fair where they later extended an interview invitation. The interview was mostly behavioral where they asked you to talk about your experiences first and then the behavioral questions.

Interview
Got HireVue interview in the summer. I was very exited to work with the company during 2021. I got a HireVue after applying for many internship and coop positions. I answered the interview questions (STAR method) and got an IQ type test to see how fast you do math on your head and other things. I did quite well on everything but simply never got a reply from the company.

Interview
I applied online and got an email asking me to take an automated HireView online interview. After that I didn't hear anything for a month or so and then I got a phone call out of the blue calling to schedule an interview. I passed the phone screen and moved onto the final round interview which was a skype call
