Came for on campus job fair where I gave them my resume and talked to the recruiters at their table. That night they sent me an email asking when I could interview the next day. Once I finished the interview it was about 2 months until I heard back from them asking me if i was still interested and I was. Got an official offer a week or so later and accepted it.

Applied online. Networked with a few people in the division. Had a 30 minute zoom interview with two professionals where it was a behavioral/fit interview. An understanding of the role and strong behavioral answers is critical.

Tell me a time when you had to make a tough decision without full information. Tell me a time when you took a personal risk. Tell me you greatest accomplishment. Why corporate strategy?
Interview process was easy and went very smooth. GM seems to use the star method in their interviews. If you know the star method you are golden. I would also recommend thinking of answers ahead of time before the interview.
