I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2016
Interview
It revolved around situations and how you handled said situation. Once you explained the situation, you then had to explain how you over came that situation and what you learned from it. From there they would ask another question regarding you answer, something like "when did you use that information you learned in the future"
I applied online. I interviewed at General Motors (GM)
Interview
The initial phone screening and teams meeting were positive and encouraging.
For the in person one I was told to arrive early but the interview started 15 minutes late and I was left alone waiting. Very little attempt to build rapport and they went almost straight into technical and behavioral questions. Feedback was delivered bluntly. Generally felt unprofessional
The interviewer asked the standard interview questions. They were a mix of behavioral and technical. Why do you want to work here, greatest strength, etc. Technical portion was on coding and problem solving skills.

Interview
Overall, my interview was a positive experience. The preparation, the professionalism of the interviewers, and the transparent communication all contributed to an engaging and challenging interview. I would recommend [Company Name] to other candidates looking for a dynamic work environment where both skills and cultural fit are valued.
