It was nice, there were two interviewers, and they just asked about my experience. I also had some related certifications at the time, which they also asked about. The internship was at the Headquarters in Detroit.
First round of interview is two parts: 1) Candidate plays a set of "brain games" that test things like spatial reasoning and basic math 2) Candidate answers behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...") over video.
