Interview
Rigorous and intensive and ended up ghosting me after investing into 3 rounds, 1 of which was panel after an intensive case study. Had to follow up atleast 3 times to get a rejection email which was generic and then another time to get the reason why.
All male panel which was another indication they don't subscribe to diversity and it's the mens club only.

Question 1
Detail on the case study and defending it etc and past projects.
Redundant question was why you never got hired when you interned in Big 4 (8 years after the fact).
Interview process was pretty straightforward. It was a mix of some easy technical finance questions and then some behavioral questions. Interview was conversational and friendly and I was given plenty of time to ask questions at the end.

The initial interview is behavioral, about yourself, and a couple of technical questions. When you are invited back, the interview day is called "Super Day" where you have 4 sessions: 1. 90 min to do a case study, 2. Present it/technical questions, 3. Behavioral interview, 4. About yourself/company
