A simple panel interview with 3 full time employees in the department. They primarily ask STAR questions and prepare you well for the interview process. Answers can range from prior project experience to more personality-oriented things like previous experiences with conflict resolution.

Was asked standard behavioral questions and responses were in STAR format. Panel style interview with three different engineering managers, It felt like a mix of professional/conversational. Overall it was a good experience and I can't wait to hear back about an offer.
