It was an fairly easy interview. Very laid back, the supervisor interviewing me was very nice. He asked a lot of questions about previous experience in customer service. They give you lots of information on the position prior to the actual 1:1 interview.

I was contact via email only a few days after submitting online. The email was followed up by a very casual phone call conversation. Technical questions were peppered in the conversation along with a description of the job requirement. It was a very comfortable experience.

Interview
I attended a job fair, had a twenty minute interview with a supervisor who then instructed me to go to HR. As I went to HR, I took a phone test so they could see how fluent I was in the Spanish language. Afterwards, I talked to an HR employee and got hired and was given a schedule all on that same day.
