General Dynamics Information Technology interview questions

Started with a phone interview then a one-on-one interview in person with the hiring manager. Questions were asked about myself, my resume and then what I wanted in the long term. I was also given a walk-through of the facility and asked if I had any questions of the company and or the manager.

It was simple and easy, a few technical questions, like BGP and OSPF but they really wanted to see if I could mesh well with the team. You can always train people to do the job, but it really is all about your character and personality to see if you can actually DO the job and work well with your teammates .
