I had a phone interview for a remote customer service representative position. The woman I interviewed with was very polite and overall the interview process was a pleasant experience. The position expectations were explained very clearly and I ended the phone call with a good understanding of what the next steps would be and what would be expected of me should I be offered the job.

They asked me if I was able to provide the type of environment in my home that would allow me to be able to focus on the customers completely without distractions.

Interview
Interview was very strategic but not too difficult for anyone who knows even the basics. I would recommend anyone with a Systems Administrator background to apply. The main things to remember is general networking knowledge, and how you would go about patching a Windows or Linux OS.

Easy, took 2 weeks to respond, first round with hiring manager and second round with customer. HR was helpful in explaining the procedure and it was all smooth. One interview was on phone second was on site.
