General Dynamics Information Technology interview questions

Applied online, a recruiter contacted me via email and asked me to fill out a pre screen form. He then scheduled me an interview with the program director and HR in the same interview. Interview was really short, probably 20 minutes. The program director explained the position, what my duties would be then asked only one question after.. how does my experience fit this role? I explained then he said that's all from him and the HR asked me a couple follow up questions about when I could start and salary and that was it. Was told I would hear back within a week and I didn't. About three days later I received the automated GDIT "as the world around us is constantly changing" you didn't the position email but no one contacted me directly. So I followed up with the email I had for HR, didn't get a response. Messaged the recruiter about two weeks after the interview and he told me they went with another candidate because I didn't have the polygraph they wanted with my clearance.
