Phone interview was easy, basic programming questions. I got an In-person interview set up pretty quickly. They told me there would be three parts: HR meeting, technical interview, and a coding assessment. For the technical interview, if you aren't prepared to talk about a project and every little detail about it, then do not even mention it. You have to know your resume inside and out. Also be prepared to work out some coding problems dealing with Aeronautics on the Whiteboard. This threw me off as I thought the only coding that I would be doing was on the laptop (like they had told me beforehand). There were 3 interviewers for this part and one of them, the team lead, was not a very nice person. He left after 10 minutes and that was when I knew that they wanted me out of there as fast as possible. They cut my three hour interview short into an hour and a half, even after they were late for the initial HR meeting. It was pretty annoying to fly across the country and not even be able to complete the full interview. HR is really friendly and accommodating but the actual dev team wasnt very enthusiastic or friendly. Felt really fake.
