General Atomics Project Manager interview questions

5 same day interviews, 5 hours and different panels. Not a bad experience but my game was thrown off course with the first interview. Over 20 years of project and program management and this was the most unusual interview process I’ve ever been though.

I had heard that General Atomics can be notoriously slow in their hiring process and I have seen some evidence to support this, but once you are able to engage with one of their talent coordinators, I feel they do an excellent job of getting your resume in front of hiring managers for positions which you may have an interest in and potentially a few others as well. Speaking to on of their talent coordinators, they actually shared that the demand on them is very high across the entire organization and as such, have a large work load per consultant. This I suspect adds to the relative slowness that I have heard others attest to and that I may have witnessed myself.
