Interview
Very straight forward, was not nervous at all. The panel was very engaging, and drew on their own experiences when explaining things. They asked real questions and gave me immediate feedback.

Semi Lengthy process. A lot of emailing back in forth to keep in contact. HR and recruiting is very helpful and great communication through the whole process. Total I spoke to 8 people during the interview. 30 minutes allowed per each manager and supervisor. Questions were very straight forward and also was given a technical quiz to take during one of the 30 minutes.

Interview
20 minute phone screen with HR/basic questions, 45 minute technical phone screen then 2 hour in-person coding exam and resume look over. Received an offer next day and accepted within 2 days.

Asked a fair amount about real time operating systems. Also in person interview had a standard coding on the projector question.
