Panel Interview with behavioral questions. Met with the recruiter afterwards to go over benefits. Overall easy interview just brushed on experience. The interview with the hiring managers was more open ended and not so structured.

Step 1: Applied Online; Step 2: You either receive a generic email stating your application was not selected or you receive an email from the recruiter stating your application will be moving forward; Step 3: You will choose a date and time for you onsite interview; Step 4: You will be interviewed by a Manager and a potential co-worker or 2 Managers; Step 5: Wait to hear back from the recruiter about the hiring decision which can be quick or in my case, a month and a half wait

Structured, intimidating. Two people from HR, then a full panel of people afterwords specific to what you are actually apply for. The HR people are very concerned about what you say regarding your interest in the company. Regular answers won't cover it so come prepared.
