General Atomics interview questions

Contacted by a sourcer on LinkedIn, had phone screen with sourcer, asked to complete online application, contacted by talent acquisition coordinator for availability for phone screen with hiring manager After screening with the hiring manager, I followed up with the recruiter for next steps. She told me to call her at any time for updates. When she didn't return my call, I emailed her. She replied two days later to apologize for the delay and said to expect to hear from the talent acquisition coordinator to gather my availability for the next interview. Three weeks later, I still hadn't heard. I emailed the sourcer, who initiated the interview process with me by finding me on LinkedIn, to request an update. He hasn't replied, either. I left another message for the recruiter, who still hasn't returned my call. My online application is still marked as "under review," so I do not understand why I haven't received any updates.

Applied online. Phone screen with recruiter was quick and not too challenging. Got called for an in person interview. Actually interviewed a week later. Received an offer roughly a week after the interview.
