I applied through other source. I interviewed at General Atomics
Interview
It was a shoe in. Lots of nepotism, pretty much just joked around and shot the ya know. Didn't even know what I was doing at the time or who they were, what they did, ect.
Don't sell yourself to the devil, don't bother unless you're hooked up and want to burn the system
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at General Atomics (Rancho Bernardo, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Started with a phone interview with HR and then scheduled with two interviews. The last one was in front of a panel of different engineers asking questions of previous employment, education and goals.
I clearly didn't make it to the second round, so the experience was just a short phone interview. The interviewer was cordial and kind, and I enjoyed the process. The first round wasn't with a member of the legal department, so I'd imagine that comes later,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical behavioral questions, background on the firm's legal department and the people in it, and asking about how your own experiences and goals align with the firm.
