Be ready! Very lengthy interview. My interview was over 4 hours. Panel interview, technical interview, one-on-one interview with the Director. These people know there stuff so don't try to blow smoke.

You are required to present a system of your choice in full detail and technical jargon.
Got interviewed by a panel. Overall it was a great experience. On the panel there were a few engineers, some managers and some writers. It would have been a great fit, but unfortunately it was a contract position with the opportunity to get hired on, and I wasn't ready to leave my job for a maybe.

Lots of people in the interview room which was intimidating but they were kind and receptive. Definitely be prepared to present a project that you've created. That part isn't too hard, they are just making sure you have the ability to present.

Intensive, spoke with 3-4 different people, all pleasant. They were on a hiring freeze so they put the position on hold for a few months and then contacted me for a 2nd interview.
