      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Atomics (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2017

      Interview

Received a call from HR for the phone interview, then was set with an on-site interview with HR and 3 managers from the department. 30 minutes with each, they shared a lot of information allowing questions along the way. I felt comfortable that I understood what the job entailed. Later was sent information for a skills assessment. They were very good about staying in touch and called each week to let me know where they were in the process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't think there was a difficult question, it was more about how my skills matched and what they were looking for with information about the day to day job.
