Gap Tech Role interview questions

The interview process consisted of three steps, recruiter, hiring manager, and final virtual onsite, which consisted of speaking to 5 different people on the team. Hiring manager interview was talking about just my current role, and a conversation. The onsite, I had to present a homework assignment to three people and the rest were behavioral questions. The process was a bit frustrating - it took over 2 weeks to hear back about next steps for onsite and then after final rounds, the team couldn't make a decision and I took a job elsewhere. I really loved the team, I just wish my time would have been more valued.
