Interview
I spoke to an assistant manager on the phone then I was invited to an in person interview in the store. I was a very friendly and welcoming experience. They asked straight forward questions about customer service and money handling.
Very brief interview following the exact questions in provided in the booklet. I dressed in suit and tie but was told I should have worn casual clothing for the occasion.

Explain and give an example of a time you deliver or receive an excellent customer service.
It was a straight forward interview, with no trick questions or anything that difficult, asking general questions about background and experience and why I wanted to work there in particular.
