interview process was very easy; it was my first job, they just asked about previous work experience, if any. i only had one 15-20 minute interview and they told me on the spot i was hired

A group interview where you speak about yourself and then have to role play selling an item. The group is then split in half where one half are told they did not receive the job. The other half then have individual interviews with standard questions. Why you wanna work there, availability, skills etc.
