I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gap (Mandeville, LA) in Oct 2018
Interview
One of the managers interviewed me at the neighboring Barnes and Noble. She asked me questions about my past retail experience and gave me a couple scenario questions. She then took me to the store and gave me the task of putting together an outfit for a young adult going to a concert. Once I was done, she critiqued the outfit and gave me some tips.
Short telephone interview asking about my availability and past. experience. Then followed by a face to face in-store interview. The questions were focused on how I would react to situations in shop.
