Gap Sales Associate interview questions

Wonderful, informal business professional. I was transitioning from another retail position that was unfulfilling. The Gap manager and I had a heart-to-heart discussion about what I was looking for. We discussed the store expectations and how I achieve my goals.

Asked about past experience, register experience. Was pretty straightforward, they mainly cared about availability. They have an "on call" policy that's honestly kind of insane, so they wanted to know if I would be okay with it.
