Phone screen then went in store for in person conversation with a manager. They were most interested in availability, especially over the holidays and if I was able to work on stat holidays.

the interview was standard. took around 2hours and wasn't informed it would take that long. they make you do an activity on dressing people for certain occasions (make sure its simple and makes sense, basically do the obvious in those situation)
