The interview starts off with an in person scheduled meeting where one of the managers asks you an assortment of typical screening style questions, followed by situational questions and then ended off with outfits

Question 1
For the screening, typical questions. For the situational they asked about how to handle specific scenarios with customers and how you would handle them. The outfit questions were detail oriented where the manager would talk about a potential customers age, weather they were going to wear the clothes, etc. and you would give a few options with the available clothing.
Informal conversation with the manager and assistant manager about relevant experience - competency and behavioural questions. It was very straightforward and the interviewers were ever so nice. Then some basic training information.
