Interview
Applied online and got called for Interview 3 days later. The manager asked me what my availablity was and why i picked Gap. Thats all she asked! The interview was only about 10 mins long, with me talking mostly. I got a call 3 days later telling me i was hired. It doesn't seem like they care who they hire much.

Interview
I applied for Baby Gap/ Gap Kids online, and two weeks later got a phone call for an interview. However, I was unable to make the interview, so I called to let the manager know and she was very understanding. When I had the interview, the manager was friendly and helpful. She asked why I wanted to work there, and I told because it seemed like a friendly and heartfelt environment. She loved my answer, saying that The Gap was all about being heart-to-heart with their customers, and that she gets tired of interviewing people who said they just need a job. I have to go for a background check and hopefully will be hired by next week.

Interview
I scheduled my interview with the owner of that Gap location. We went to the back stock room, where we sat down and he interviewed me with the basic questions, Why do you want to work here, what can you offer, how do you like your current job, etc. All was going well, and then he asked me how old I was. I was 17 at the time, so he said he couldn't hire me because I was not 18. "I was just about to say you're hired, but we can't hire under 18" he said he'd check with corporate because he really felt like I'd be an asset to his store. Within the week or two after I called three times and he wasn't there and he didn't ever call me back, so I figured I should just walk away and look for other places.
