Asked basic interview questions. They are big on deterring customers who steal using great customer service. The Gap never confronts them to make them feel uncomfortable. Also what you think good customer service is and what is bad customer service. Best advice to smile and be "bubbly".

Interview
It was very laid back. The biggest thing is to state your case as to what you can deliver as an employee. Very simple for some people to do, however, others absolutely crash and burn. You need to be able to sell yourself as a passionate, motivated person that not only wants to be hired for the applied position, but plans on staying there to make changes and become a leader. Be sure to know what you can offer the company for it's growth, and also what the opportunities you think the company can provide for your growth as an individual. Be real.
