Gap Sakes Associate interview questions

I applied online and within 3 days got a call to set up an interview the following day. The initial interview consisted of what was simply a very laid back conversation with a manager along with some more in depth questions, but not what I would call "interview" questions. This took about 45 minutes. A couple days later I received a call to set up a phone interview the following day (they call me) and that was when the actual "interview" type questions came into play. The next day I got a call to come into orientation the next week.
