I had a first-round phone interview with HR, and then I received a callback asking for my availability after a delay of 7-8 months. After I already got a job.

Question 1
Very generic. Background, salary expectation and a quick pro-folio walk thru.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gap (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2022
Interview
First round was behavioral and asked about your resume. Interviewers seemed spread thin, mine kept complaining about how many people they'd interviewed that day and how many times they'd heard the same answer. Seemed already done with me before interview even began.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced conflict in a team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (Tulsa, OK) in Oct 2023
Interview
I applied online and received a call a few days later to schedule an interview with the store manager. She was super friendly on the phone and basically just asked me questions about availability and interest in Gap. The in-person interview was 1:1 and on the sales floor. The interviewer did selling roleplays with me to see how I'd interact with actual customers in different scenarios. I received a call a couple of days later with an offer.

Question 1
How would you greet a customer who frequents our store? How would you try to upsell items to a customer? How would you interact with a customer who was upset about their purchase? How would you try to get a customer to sign up for the Gap card? There were more scenarios but this was the general theme.
