Gap interview questions

The hiring process was relatively easy. Filled out an application, got a call, went to interview. They ask you thing like what goals do you have, why do you want to work here, Went to orientation started two days later.

Called a few days after handing in my resume in store. Was asked to come in for an interview. Group interview with about 10 other people. Went around and introduced ourselves. Then the interviewing manager asked us a couple of situational questions. Multiple people could answer the question, if you didn't have an answer, you didn't have to answer all the questions. Was called a few days afterwards, after a reference check, and was given an offer for sales associate position.
