The first step in the process was a phone interview which lasted for approx. 15 mins and went through basic retail interview questions "what would you do in this situation..."and so on. The in-store interview was just being put on the floor for 20 mins to see how you interact with customers and then a quick face to face interview. Easy.

Very informal interview in the back area with assistant manager. Short 3-5 minute conversation. All people who were granted interviews were able to get offers and all accepted. Only bad thing was that your interview time can be scheduled for a certain time, but you might not get called into the back until 30 minutes later due to other candidates being interviewed.
